Chicken Biryani (Boneless)

A table spoon Sindhi biryani masala, and then add your own regular red chilli, salt , pepper , coriander powder etc . Marinate in yogurt for 30 mins . ( add home fried onions , tomatoes , mint and cilantro when gravy is cooked). Add half cooked plain boiled rice and cover for 15 mins on low heat .


Have to cook the meat first separately . Once it’s done, add fried onions, tomatoes , mint and cilantro to the meat aloo gravy. Then add half boiled rice.
